This hotel is a gem for those wanting to enjoy a longer stay. The rooms are well-equipped and fairly clean, ideal for my conference trip. The service was incredibly welcoming and fixed any issue promptly. Despite the convenient location near Crabtree Mall, some noise and a messy breakfast area were drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and a good value, but there was a delay upon arrival and some ladybugs were present. The service was a mix of friendliness and unaccommodating behavior regarding a service animal. The location was ideal, close to a mall and restaurants, but some GPS issues occurred. Dining options were good, especially the waffles. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
